Broccoli,cauliflower Salad

- 5 cups broccoli (cut up in small pieces the size of a nickle to a quarter. Do not use the stems.)
- 5 cups cauliflower (do the same as for broccolli)
- 2/3 cup onion (or green onions)
- 2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 6 pieces cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg

- Two 1-pound loaves very thinly sliced sandwich bread, preferably Pepperidge Farm
- 1 recipe Béchamel Sauce
- 1 pound thinly sliced oven-roasted turkey breast
- 2 medium tomatoes, cored and thinly sliced
- 1 pound bacon, cooked until crisp and drained
- 8 slices thinly sliced honey-glazed ham
- 8 ounces thinly sliced sharp cheddar cheese
- For the Béchamel Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper

Premium Tres Leches Cake

leche, or "milk," are poured over a baked cake to create its signature indulgence
- 1 Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease and flour or spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan.
- 2 In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pan.
- 3 Bake 29 to 35 minutes or until edges are golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes. Poke top of hot cake every 1/2 inch with long-tined fork, wiping fork occasionally to reduce sticking.
- 4 In large bowl, stir together sweetened condensed milk, whole milk and whipping cream. Carefully pour evenly over top of cake. Cover; refrigerate about 1 hour or until mixture is absorbed into cake. Frost with a white fluffy frosting.
