using egg beater, mix water and crisco
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 2/3 cup crisco
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 t. salt

in a large bowl combine flour,sugar,rosemary and saot
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 or 3 t. snipped rosemary
- 3/4 cup butter,cut in 8 pieces
- 3 T honey
- 1 t. salt
stuffed artichoke bottoms

350* cut a thin slice from bottoms of artichokes to level if necessary
- 2 cans artichoke bottoms, drained
- 2 pkg , 1 8oz and 1 3oz cream cheese
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 t. minced chives
- 1 t. fresh or 1/4 dried oregano
- 1/2 cup parmesan

- 1 lb. velveeta, cut in cubes
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded mozz. cheese
- 1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained

beat eggs til foamy..add sugar,zucchini, oil
- 4 eggs
- 3-4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. salt
- 2 t. soda
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained

in a large heavy saute pan over med high heat, melt 2 T butter
- 4 T. unsalted butter
- 4 oz prosiutto, chopped
- 1/2 cup yellow onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions,minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 14.5 oz can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 1/2 lbs large shrimp , peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp emerils origianl essence
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- grated parmesan chees
