- 3 1/2 lbs sweet potatoes..peel and cutin 1inch wedges
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 3oz cream cheese, soft
- 1 4oz pkg crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 3/cup finely crushed crackers..about 10

- 3/4 lb. sausage

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 5 tbls crisco,frozen
- 4 tbls butter,frozen
- 1/2 t. salt
- 3 tbls ice water

- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 2 8oz. cream cheese
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes and chilis
BAKED POTATO SOUP

combine first 6 ingred. in crock pot
- 6 large russet pot. peeled and cut into 1/2 in cubes
- 1 1arge onion. chopped
- 3 can chix broth with roasted garlic
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/4 pepper
- 1 cup 1/2 1/2
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3 T chopped fresh chives
- 1 8oz sour cream
- 4 bacon slices, cooked chopped
- shredded cheese
SESAME CHICKEN

put chix in crock pot combine next 6 ingredients and add to chix
- 1 1/2 lb boneless chix breasts
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 T dried onion
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T oil
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 2 t. cornstarch dissolved iin 3 T water
- sesame seeds
LINDSY'S MUSHROOM SOUP

- 4 portabella tops,,2 lbs
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 med vidallia onion
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 cans double beef broth
- 1 can chix broth
- pepper
- 2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
