For the Cookies, preheat oven to 350°F
- For the Filling:
- 1 package (15 1/4 to 18 1/4 ounces) German chocolate cake mix with pudding
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons McCormick® Black Food Color
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow cream
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Orange Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Red Food Color
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Yellow Food Color

- 1 qt coffee ice cream, softened
- 1/2 gallon chocolate ice cream, softened
- 3 tbsp instant coffee granules

- 8 Skor or Heath bars - crushed

To make the crust: In the bowl of a food processor, combine flour and salt; pulse to combine

- 4 cups apple cider
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- For the pie:
- 5-6 cups sliced apple (gala or granny smith are best)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup cider caramel, warmed
- 1 large egg, beaten
- For the crust:

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter, cold, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup ice water, plus more if needed
Easy-peasy crock pot chicken noodle soup

Place first six ingredients (broth thru green onions) in a crock pot and cook on low for 4-5 hours
- 7 cups of chicken broth (I prefer low-sodium)
- One 10.75 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup frozen corn
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cup dry pasta or noodles
- 2 cups cooked chicken chopped or 2 cans canned cooked chicken
