This slow cooker sweet and sour chicken is a mish mash of a few different recipes and what I had in my pantry
- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 14 ounce can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
