Farro takes Risotto to a whole new level
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cups soaked farro, couple of hours in great water
- 1/4 cup sherry vinegar
- 6 cups chicken stock, heated
- 6 cups baby Portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 T. butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley, chopped for garnish

In a large skillet or saucepan, brown ground beef and onions together
- FOR SINGLE RECIPE:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Batter for Crust:
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- FOR DOUBLE RECIPE:
- 2 poundS ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup water

- One 12-pound turkey, completely thawed and all giblets removed

- 2 stalks celery, cut in lengths to fit turkey cavity
- 1 medium sweet onion, such as Vidalia, cut in half

- Zest of one lemon, plus juice divided
- 1 egg
- 1 cup panko
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Vegetable oil, for shallow frying
