Banana Bread

Combine cream cheese, sugar and margarine, mixing well
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c margarine
- 1 c mashed banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Any Day Of The Week Beef Chili

Slow cooker
- 2 medium yellow onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green peppers, chopped
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 2 lbs ground chuck beef
- 2 - 14 oz cans pinto beans
- 14 oz can tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 4 oz can green chilies, chopped
- 1 tbs dried oregano
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup beef or chicken stock
- 1 cup sour cream for garnish
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, garnish
- 2 tbs green onions, garnish
Leprechaun Key Lime Cake

This is a grat cake! I let the glaze sit in the cake overnight before taking out of the pan
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 1 (3.4 oz) pkg lemon instant pudding and pie filling
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Key lime juice
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup Key lime juice
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- additional confectioners' sugar, lime slices and fresh strawberry slices
Asparagus Salad

Blanch asparagus, drain and dry mix above ingredients and apply to asparagus
- bunch of asparagus
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Orange Soak Cake

- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Moist Deluxe® Orange Supreme Cake Mix
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tbsp water
Pumpkin Cake

In a large bowl, combine mix, pudding, eggs, pumpkin, oil, water and cinnamon
- 1 pkg spice cake mix
- 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/3 c pumpking puree
- 1/3 c veg oil
- 1/4 c water
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Uptown Pork Chops and Apple Sauce: Roast Pork Tenderloins with Escalloped Apples

- 2 pieces, 1 package, pork tenderloins - ask the butcher to trim them up for you
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme leaves
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 5 Gala, Honey Crisp or Golden Delicious apples, quartered, cored and sliced
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Toffee Crunch Bars

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare 13 x 9 inch pan
- 1 pkg white cake mix
- 1/3 c packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 1 c crushed chocolate coated toffee bars ( skor, heath, butterfinger)
- 2/3 c chopped almonds
Chicken Cordon Bleu Rolls (Slow Cooker)

Place one chicken breast on a piece of waxed paper
- 6 chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
- 6 slices prosciutto
- 6 thin slices swiss cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1/4 c dry white wine
- To increase the recipe double up on chicken, prosciutto and cheese but not the remaining ingredients.
Pan Fried Pork with maple and mustard sauce

Cut pork into 3 cm thin slices, season with salt and pepper then lightly coat with flour
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 7 oz veg stock
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp whole grain mustard
- juice 1 lemon
- handful of parsley (optional)
