Low Country Grill Recipe

Grilling one of my family's favorite ways of cooking
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder, divided
- 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning, divided
- 12 small red potatoes, quartered
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 pound smoked kielbasa or Polish sausage
- 3 medium ears sweet corn, cut in half
- 1-1/2 pounds uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Asparagus and Tomato Skewers with Honey Mustard-Horseradish Sauce

Was apprehensive about the sauce but once it was on the tomatoes/asparagus it was awesome
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup clover honey
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish, drained
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes on the vine
- Wooden skewers soaked in water
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- Olive oil
Clinton Kelly's Pork Schnitzel and Applesauce Bites

Cut the tenderloin into 1 inch cubes, then dip into the egg wash, then the bread crumbs
- 1 lb. Pork Tenderloin
- 1 Cup Applesauce
- 3 Tablespoons Whole Grain Mustard

This is a favorite because I can flour and season the steaks and refrigerate them the night before
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds beef round steak, cut into six pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 celery rib, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
Jagerschnitzel with Bacon Mushroom Gravy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 pounds pork loin, cut into 6-ounce portions
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 1 cup crushed unsalted crackers
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 pound bacon, diced
- 1/2 diced yellow onion, approximately 1/2 cup
- 2 cups sliced button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup red wine
- Olive oil, for frying
- 2 cups beef stock
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves

Bobby Deen's Slow-Cooked North Carolina-Style Pulled Pork

In a large bowl, stir together the salt, garlic powder and black pepper
