- 1 envelope ranch dip mix
- 1 cup cheese

- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 block Velveeta
- 2 cans of Mexican corn

Place butter and cocoa powder in large mixing bowl
- 8 tbs [I stick] butter room temperature, real butter
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 cups confectioners’ sugar sifted
- 1/3 cup whole milk room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt

- 2 cans black eyed peas drained
- 2 cans shoe peg corn drained
- 2 cans rotel tomatoes drained
- 2 large bell peppers chopped
- 12 small green onions chopped
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 3 ripe tomatoes chopped fine
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 16 ounces bottle zesty Italian dressing
- 1 can black beans drained [optional]
Cheesey Rice

Cook rice then mix everything else and 3/4 of the cheese in a baking dish
- Medium package yellow rice
- 4 cans Mexican corn drained
- 2 cans of cream of celery soup
- 1 bag of sharp cheddar shredded cheese

- Sauce:
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2/3 cup catchup
- 1 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

- 2-8 ounce cream cheese, 1 cut in half cubed
- 1/4 cup butter cubed
- 1 tbs water
- 2 tbs sugar
- 6 slices American cheese
Apple Raison Mini Muffins

Spray mini muffin pan- fill with 1 oz ice cream scoop- Bake 350* 15 min
- 2 apples- peel and grated
- 2 sticks butter-melted
- Place in skillet-
- Add: 2 cups raisins
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 2 cup sugar
- Cook about 15 min then completely cool
- ADD: 3 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- Place apple mixture in flour
- ADD: 1 cup walnuts or pecans
