Combine peaches, 3/4 cup sugar, set aside
- 2 large peaches
- 1 1/2 cup sugar divided
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash nutmeg
- 3/4 cup milk
Banana Cream Pie

Pour milk into medium bowl
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 medium banana
- 2 packages [4 serving size]vanilla jello instant pudding and pie filling
- 1-9 inch baked pastry shell cooled
- 1-8 ounce cool whip thawed
Homemade Apple Pie

Combine all the above ingredients and add to 6 apples sliced
- Crust:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- 2 cups flour
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 to 7 tbs water
Classic Belgian Waffles

Heat 1/2 of the water to lukewarm, 105 -110 degree
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast {one packet}
- 3 cups sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs, separated + 1 egg white
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cup whole milk
- 8 tbs unsalted butter - melted and cooled
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel Frosting

mix together
- 1/3 cup veg shortening
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cup powdered sugar
Pineapple Cake

Cream butter until fluffy
- Frosting:
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk [1/2 buttermilk and 1/2 regular]
- 3 large crushed pineapple drained
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups plus 1/2 stick butter
- Dash of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla beat for smoothness
- Stack 1st layer put pineapple on cake drizzle & smooth frosting over pineapple let cool before stacking next layer. Repeat layers then spread frosting on the sides. Will run off but keep spreading back on until it coats.
