Banana Crumb Muffins

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly grease 10 muffin cups
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 banana [mashed]
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1/8 cup all purpose flour
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbs butter
SpiceyOrange Spareribs

In a large pot of water, place ribs, over high heat bring to a boil
- 1 rack [about 4 pounds] pork spareribs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 orange
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup catchup
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tbs hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp chilli
Blushing Mimosas

Stir together first 3 ingredients
- 2 cups orange juice {Simply Orange}
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tbs grenadine
- 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine
Cheesey Sweet and Savory Spuds

Place potatoes and sweet potatoes in a large pot with enough water to cover
- 6 Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbs chicken bouillon granular
- 1 2/3 tbs brown sugar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups Monterrey jack shredded cheese
Mystery Cake

Mix all together and bake 350* for 45 minutes
- Frosting:
- 2 tbs shortening
- 1 cup sugar [cream them together]
- 1 can tomato soup with 1/2 tsp baking soda in it. @ tbs of water to rinse the can out.
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 cup nut meats
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 2 cups confectionery sugar
- 1 cream cheese
- 2 tbs water vanilla
- Mix and spread over cake.
Cheesy Broccoli Bake

Melt cheese, soup and garlic salt- add saute to broccoli then add to soup and toss- put in oven 25 min at 350* top ...
- Saute:
- 2 tbs butter, celery and onion
- 2 pounds fresh broccoli
- Cooked water chestnuts
- Cream of mushroom soup
- Garlic salt
- Velveeta
Chex Party Mix

Melt butter in electric skillet at 200*
- 6 tbs butter or margarine
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 21/2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp onion and garlic powder
- 2 cups corn chex cereal
- 2 cups rice chex cereal
- 2 cups wheat chex cereal
- 1 cup broken pretzel and salted mixed nuts
Spinach Dip

Mix all together and serve on pumpernickel bread
- 1 cup Hellman mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach [well drained]
- 1 package knorr vegetable soup
MAI TAI

Mix: Shake and strain into juice glass over ice- garnish with orange slice
- 2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz triple sec
- 1 oz orange juice
- Splash of orgeat syrup or amaretto
- Splash of sweet n sour
