Trim fat off meat – as meat runs slice meat on both sides- place fat side up
- 10 lb brisket
- 16 oz Claudes marinating brisket BBQ sauce
- pour over brisket covering 1/2 brisket

- 1/3 cup Rendezvous Barbecue Sauce [or your favorite]
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 tsp Rendezvous Seasoning [or your favorite]
- 3 1/2 pounds [2 slabs] loin back or baby back ribs

- 2 cups flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup shortening [in hunks]
- 3/4 cups milk
Strawberry Filled Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour a 12 cup bundt pan
- 1- 18 3/4 once yellow cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup lemon lime carbonated drink
- 4 large eggs beaten
- 1-8 ounce cheese cake cream cheese spread room temp
- 1-12 ounce frozen strawberries thawed
- 1 cup powdered sugar sifted
- 2 tbs butter melted
Broccoli Goat Cheese Tart

- 6 eggs
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1-10 ounce frozen chopped broccoli
- 6 ounces garlic and herb flavored goat cheese
- 4 sun dried tomatoes in oil chopped
- 1 refrigerated rolled 9 inch pie crust [half of a 15 ounce package]

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1/2 cup minced green pepper
- 1 minced jalapeno pepper
- Pinch of kosher salt and pepper
- 2 tbs minced garlic
- 1-28 ounce can tomato sauce
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup Worcester sauce
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper sauce
- 1 cup spicy brown mustard
- 3/4 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 tbs chilly powder
- 2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground all spice
- 1 tbs liquid smoke
Strawberry Bavarian Cream

Drain strawberries {save syrup} Pour water over jello until dissolved
- 1 - 10 oz frozen sliced strawberries
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1- 3 oz sugar free strawberry jello
- 1 cup whipped cream

- 1 pkg instant French vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 cup milk
- Small container whip cream
- Mix pudding and milk and fold in whip cream.
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 tbs room temp butter
- 2 tsp white corn syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup milk- more if to thick
