Preheat oven to 400*. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium heat

- 4 ounces baby Portabello mushrooms cleaned and finely chopped [about 2 tbs]

- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 corn cereal [corn flakes]
- 1/2 pound grated mozzarella cheese
Apple Cinnamon Syrup

- 6 cups apple juice
- 4 cups water
- 3 cups corn syrup
- 3 cinnamon sticks broke in half
- 5 cups sugar

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed
- 1-8 ounce cream cheese
- 2 1/2 cup cold milk
- 2- 4 serving chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1-9 inch Oreo pie crust
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 1 cup thawed cool whip
- 1/4 cup Oreo crunches
