Taco Soup

Cover and simmer 30 minutes
- Brown 1 lb hamburger and 1 small chopped onion and drain
- Stir in 1/2 sliced conneccha sausage
- 1 can corn
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 2 to 3 cans rotel tomatoes
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 package dry ranch dressing and boil 5 minutes
Easy Doughnuts

Heat oil in skillet over low heat- cut a hole in center of biscuit- fry in pan until brown- transfer to paper towel
- 3/4 cup veg oil
- 1 8count pkg large refrigerator. Biscuits
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Spaghetti Sauce{Grandmas Woodard}

Simmer over low heat till onion is tender, about 10 minutes
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 can paste
- 1 small onion chopped finely
- t tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Easy Blueberry Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 350*. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 packages blueberry muffin mix
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbs butter
Punch Boil Cake

Divide cake in half. Crumble half into the bottom of a large punch bowl
- 1 yellow cake mix bake in sheet pan according to box directions.
- 1 can of cherry &blueberry pie filling
- 2 cans crushed pineapple drained
- 1 large box and I small box of vanilla instant pudding. Mix according to box directions.
- 2-8 ounce cool whip
- 1 cup pecans 1 small jar cherries
Chicken Quesadillas with Fiesta Rice

Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until done and juices evaporate, stirring often
- 10 soft taco size flour tortillas, warmed
- 1 pound boneless chicken breast cubed
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup chunky salsa or picante sauce
- Fiesta rice
Banana Orange Diaquiri

Place first 4 ingredients in blender and process until smooth, with blender on add ice cubes
- 1 1/2 cup sliced banana
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup sweet n sour mix
- 1/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
- 30 ice cubes
- Orange slices
Chicken Salad {Carol Thrash}

Chop each ingredient separately mix together
- 3 cups chicken
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 2 tbs onion chopped
- 2 tbs lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp accent
- 1 cup margarine
Texas Sheet Cake

Pour while hot on flour/ sugar beat until smooth
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar [mix the two and set aside]
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup Crisco
- 6 tbs cocoa {put all 4 items in pan and boil}
