- 2/3 cup white sugar

- 1 cup all-purpose flour

Strawberry Salad

For the salad: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 package ramen noodles, crushed, flavor packet discarded
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and dried
- One 5-ounce bag baby spinach
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Bobby’s Lighter Shrimp and Grits

- 1 lb Kobe Beef or ask butcher for high quality Ground Beef
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- 1 lb ground Veal
- 3/4 cup of onions diced finely
- 2 tbsp garlic, chopped fine
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Italian Style bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup Pecorino Romano grated cheese and extra for garnish
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Reggiano grated cheese and extra for garnish
- 1 bunch of Italian Parsley, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp sea salt or kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 loaf of White Bread, crust removed
- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup of cold water
- 4 cup of your favorite Marinara Sauce

Chicken, Sausage and Peppers

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 pound sweet or hot Italian sausage, cut into chunks
- 3/4 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into chunks

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 Italian green frying peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
