- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- For the frosting:
- 4 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Oven-Fried Pork Chops

- 4 pork chops, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Cajun Dirty Rice

Use a meat grinder to grind the chicken meat
- 1/2 pound chicken livers and gizzards
- 1/4 pound ground beef or pork
- 12 fresh green onions, chopped (including about 2 inches of green stalk)
- 1 cup celery, chopped (including leaves)
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1/2 yellow pepper, chopped fine
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
