Crunchy Caramel Chocolate Parfaits

Directions: Combine pudding mix with 1/4 cup cold water in a bowl
- 1 tbsp. (1/4th of a 4-serving box) sugar-free fat-free chocolate instant pudding mix
- 1/2 tbsp. light chocolate syrup
- 1/2 cup Cool Whip Free, thawed
- 1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 caramel-flavored mini rice cakes (like Quaker Quakes Caramel Corn Rice Snacks)
- 2 Vitalicious VitaTops (any chocolate variety), thawed
- Optional toppings: Fat Free Reddi-wip, additional mini rice cakes
