- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 2 bunches spinach, well washed and tough stems discarded

Crazy-Delicious Apple Dumplings

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 package refrigerated Pillsbury Crescent Recipe Creations Seamless Dough Sheet (or HG Alternative!)
- 6 small baking apples (preferably Fuji), peeled and cored
- 2 tbsp. sweetened dried cranberries
- 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar (not packed)
- 1/2 tbsp. light whipped butter or light buttery spread (like Brummel & Brown)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Fruit Smoothies

•In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process for 30-45 seconds or until blended
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder

- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Marsala wine
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
Chinese Fried Rice

This Chinese fried rice has the flavor those other recipes are missing
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg, lightly beaten (or more eggs if you like)
- 3 drops soy sauce
- 3 drops sesame oil
- 8 ounces cooked lean boneless pork or 8 ounces chicken, chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot (very small)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 4 cups cold cooked rice, grains separated (preferably medium grain)
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce (add more if you like)

- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon brandy

Lamb Kabobs with Tzatziki Sauce

- 1 1/2 pounds ground lamb 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons onion powder 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves

- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic juice
- 3 to 4 teaspoons catsup
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon white pepper
Machine Shed Dijon-Rosemary Lamb Chops
