- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- juice of 1/2 lemon
- freshly ground pepper
Lemon Ice Box Cake

In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mixes, Cook Whip and milk
- Frosting:
- 2 packages instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- 3 cups milk
- 1 16 oz package graham crackers
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1-2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 T milk
- 2 T lemon juice
Heavenly Hash Brownies

Melt cocoa and oleo. Add sugar and eggs
- Topping:
- 4 eggs
- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 t. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. pecans
- 2 t. vanilla
- marshmallows
- 4 T. cocoa
- 3 T butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1-2 t. milk
Sweet Cream with Berries

Combine cream and half the sugar in a medium saucepan
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 10 whole egg yolks
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- fresh berries
Macaroni Salad

Cook macaroni. Drain and rinse in cold water
- Dressing:
- 2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 c. mayo
- 1 c. plain yogurt
- 1 T sugar
- 1 T mustard
- 1/8 t. celery seed
Crawfish Cornbread

Mix all ingredients well. Pour in baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 45-60 minutes

- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 lb. graed cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 3 or 4 jalepeno peppers
- 1 lb. crawfish with fat

- 5 lbs. ground meat
- onion, chopped
- bell pepper, chopped
- garlic
- 4-5 packages McCormick spaghetti seasoning
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 carton cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
- 1 box lasagna
- 2 packages Mozarella cheese
Rice Dressing Mix

Brown ground beef and drain all grease
- 1 Deboned broasted chicken
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 can Campbell's Fat free chicken gravy
- 1 can Campbell's Fat Free Beef gravy
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 4 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 bunch of parsley, chopped
- 4 green onion stems, chopped
- salt, black/red pepper and Tony's seasoning to taste
- Water as needed
Pastalaya

Brown the chicken sprinkled with Tony's seasoning then remove from pot
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken thigh meat, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless boston butt pork, cued
- 1 1/2 lbs. onions, chopped
- 5 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 small bell peppers, chopped
- 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c parsley flakes
- 1 T of sweet basil
- 3 T bay leaves
- 3 T garlic
- 1 14 oz can of Delmonte Cajun Recipe Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 1/2 lbs. of No. 3 luxury spaghetti
- 4 1/2 c. water
- Seasoning to taste
- 1 T garlic powder
- 2 T worchestershire sauce
- 2 T A1 steak sauce
