Ingredients
- Frosting:
- 2 packages instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- 3 cups milk
- 1 16 oz package graham crackers
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1-2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 T milk
- 2 T lemon juice

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix together the pudding mixes, Cook Whip and milk.
Using a 9 x 13 inch pan, place a single layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the pan. Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers. Place another single layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding and then layer the second half of the pudding on top of the crackers. Place one more single larger of graham crackers on top of the pudding.
Mix together ingredient for the frosting and spread on top of the cake. Cover and place in the frige for about 4 hours.
