- 1/4 cup Organic Coconut Oil, (for the crust)
- 1/2 cup Grade B Maple Syrup, divided (.25 for the crust, .25 for the filling)
- 2 cup fresh Cranberries
- 1 tsp Orange Zest
- 1/2 whole Orange, juiced
- 1/2 tsp Almond Extract
- 1/4 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- APPLE-CINNAMON WALNUT TOPPING:
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup honey or pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon cider vinegar or lemon juice
- 2 cups Bob’s Red Mill almond meal/flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup Granny Smith Apple peeled and finely chopped (½ an apple)

- 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight
