- 1 1/2 cups each of raw, unsalted walnuts, cashews, pecans and hazelnuts
- 6 Tbls fresh rosemary
- 1-2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbls brown sugar
- 2 tsp course salt
- 3 Tbls melted butter
Roast nuts in the oven (the cashews take about 5-7 minutes longer, so I put them in first). I think I roast them at 300*
Combine all the ingredients, pour over the nuts and toss until coated.
Either pour the butter on nuts first and then add dry ingredients to the nuts or toss the nuts with the dry ingredients and then pour the butter on and mix.
