- 1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ cake mix yellow
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
- Topping
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup caramel topping
- 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts, if desired
