Cajun Shrimp Spaghetti

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta until al dente
- 1 lb. linguine
- 1 tbsp. exra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb. peeled and deveined large shrimp
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Baked Oatmeal

Brunch - leftovers can be used for dessert
- 2 cups Rolled (not instant) oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts - toasted & chopped
- 1/3 cup Sugar or maple syrup - plus more for serving
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Fine-grain sea salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Large Egg
- 3 Tbs. Unsalted butter - melted
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 2 Ripe Bananas - sliced into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, huckleberries or mixed berries

- 1 (9-inch) deep dish frozen pie shell
- 5 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets, roughly chopped
- 3 green onion, chopped
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

- 1 Shallot - finely chopped
- 2 lb. fresh asparagus spears - tough ends trimmed
- 3 Tbsp. water (divided)

- 1/4 c. heavy cream (I used half & half instead)
- 2 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
