- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 8 oz club soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg pistachio instant pudding

Bake at 350 for about 20 min.Yummmmmmmmmy
Buttercream icing for many cupcakes
1/2 cup shortening
2 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons milk ( or more) see how it goes)
