Honey-Mustard Pork Roast With Bacon

- 2 garlic cloves, minced

The Brava Sauce 1. In a saucepan, heat 3 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 large Russet potatoes, peeled, and cut to 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1-1/2 tablespoons Spanish paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) ketchup
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) mayonnaise
- Chopped parsley, to garnish
- 1 cup (8 ounces) olive oil, for frying

1. In a blender, combine the raspberries, oil, chocolate-balsamic vinegar, honey, salt and pepper

- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chocolate-balsamic vinegar (can be found in gourmet and specialty food stores)
- 1 tablespoon honey

Orzo with Sausage, Peppers and Tomatoes

1. Using tongs, place the bell peppers over a gas flame
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 pound orzo pasta
- 3 cups chicken stock

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 small store-bought rotisserie chicken breast, chopped into 1/4-inch pieces (about 3/4 cup meat)
- 1 cup broccoli florets, cut into 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces, steamed (about 2 ounces)
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- Two 10-inch round unfold-and-bake frozen pie crusts, thawed
