My 93-year-old grandmother shared with me my late grandfather’s favorite breakfast, named the Stanley Scramble
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced into thin coins
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced (or 1 T onion flakes)
- 2 pieces, thinly sliced ham
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/8 C milk
- Falt and pepper, to taste

What if you have leftover rice that is a day or two old? I hate to waste food
- 2 cups of cooked white rice
- 1 cups of vegetables (I used: leeks, carrots, onions, red bell pepper)
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 1/8 cup of flour
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese or
- 1/2 jar of Old English Cheddar Cheese Spread
