Elaine's Raspberry-Cherry Pie
By Addie
Funny you should mention raspberries as I was just going to tell you that I finally made a pie that I've wanted to ...
- I used a 21 ounce can of cherry pie filling (I used Comstock) and 2 cups of frozen raspberries (which I had bought fresh and froze.) 1 tablespoon flour, 1/4 cup sugar.
- ......................
- Mix gently and fill pie shell. Add a top crust, vent and bake for 45-50 at 400 till lightly browned and filling is bubbly.
- ....................
- It was really good but the next time I will use two tablespoons of flour as I like my feeling a little thicker. I never use canned filling but this particular brand is pretty good, I thought.
