Meatza Pie

Stir ¼ C. soup, egg, bread crumbs, meat, onion and oregano together
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/4 ¼ C. onion
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/8 tsp. oregano, garlic powder
- 1/4 ¼ C. dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 to 2 1 ½ to 2 lbs. cooked hamburger
- 1 C. mozzarella cheese
- mushrooms, olives, optional
Mac and Cheese w/Corn-Norma

- 1 can regular corn WITH juice
- 1 stick butter
- 1 C. macaroni, dry
- 1 C. Velveeta, cubed
Pumpkin Bread II

- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. vegetable oil
- 15 oz. pumpkin
- 2 C. flour
- 2 C. sugar
- 2- 3 oz. each cook vanilla pudding mix
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 ½ tsp. salt
Cookie Dough Brownies

Melt choc. Chips and butter in saucepan; stirring until smooth
- Brownies:
- 2 C. sugar 1 ½ C. flour
- 1/2 ½ C. baking cocoa ½ tsp. salt
- 1 C. vegetable oil 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla ½ C. nuts (optional)
- Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. Add oil, eggs and vanilla; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in nuts. Pour in greased 9x13. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Filling:
- 1/2 ½ C. butter, softened
- 1/2 ½ C. brown sugar
- 1/4 ¼ C. sugar
- 2 T. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 C. flour
- Cream butter and sugars. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Beat in flour. Spread over cooled brownies; chill until firm.
- Glaze:
- 2 T. butter
- 3/4 ¾ C. nuts (optional)
- 1 C. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Pepperoni Pizza Dip

- 6 oz. pepperoni, finely chopped
- 1/2 to 3/4 C. green pepper, finely chopped

- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 4 oz. VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 24 cubes
- 1 pouch SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1-1/2 cups TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
