Guacamole

Directions: In a medium bowl, mash the avocados, lime juice and salt together with a potato masher or a fork
- Yield: 4-6 servings
- 3 avocados, peeled and pitted
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- ground cayenne pepper, to taste (about a pinch)
Chili Seasoned Potato Wedges

In Ziplock bag combine all dry ingredients
- 1 T. onion soup mix
- 1 T. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 2 T. oil
Amish Friendship Bread

Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar in pans; pour in batter
- To make bread from a starter:
- Entire starter plus 1 1/3 C. sugar, flour and milk.
- Divide into FOUR 1 C. starters-place in gallon Ziplocks.
- 1 C. oil
- 1 C. sugar
- 2 C. flour
- 1 1/2 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 ½ C. milk
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. salt
- *Can add: 1 C. apples, ½ C. raisins
Chicken Enchiladas

- 3.5 oz can chopped green chiles

- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
Peach Dump Cake-Becky

- 1 white or yellow cake mix
- 1 can peach pie filling
- 15 oz. sliced peaches in light syrup
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- white choc. chips-as you like

Onion Dip

- 2 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 ¾ C. milk
- 1/4 ¼ C. dried minced onion
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Cake Mix Pudding Cookies

- 1 1/2 sticks (or 3/4 cup) butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3/4 cup yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2-1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- sprinkles
