Cheesy Mexicorn Dip

- 1 brick Monterey Jack Velveeta
- 1/2 ½ C. sour cream
- 1/2 ½ C. chopped cilantro
- approx. ¼ C. chopped red onion
- 1 can Mexicorn
- 1 japaleno with seeds (more or less to your liking)
- half can of black beans, drained and rinsed
Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

- 1 C. margarine/butter
- 1 C. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 T. vanilla
- Add:
- 2 C. Flour
- 2 1/2 2 ½ C. oatmeal

- 1 T. soda
- 1 T. Baking powder
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Stuffed Japaleno Peppers

Cream sugar and butter. Beat in egg and vanilla
- 3/4 ¾ C. sugar
- 1/2 ½ C. butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. flour
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. soda
- 1/4 ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
Wahoo White Chili Dip (hot)

Put cheese in crock pot on high to melt
- I can Rotel
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- up to ½ C. milk
- 1-2 tsp. Wahoo Chili seasonings

- 2 cans artichoke hearts-quartered
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 1 lg can mushroom pieces
- 1 C mayo
- 1 jar parmesan cheese
Crab and Red Pepper Spread/Dip

- 2 green onion, sliced
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 cans 6 oz. each crabmeat (1 can lump, the other-your choice)
- 1/2 C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 C. finely chopped red bell pepper
- 1 T. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 1 T. mayo
- 3 dashes worchestershire sauce
- red papper flakes-to your liking
Coffee Cream Cheese Danish

- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz each) pkgs cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg yolk *save white
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Smores Bars

with Golden Graham cereal
- 8 C. Golden Grahams cereal (13 oz box)
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. Milk Chocolate Chips
- 6 C. mini marshmallows (10 oz bag)
- 5 Tbl. Butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 ¼ C. light corn syrup
- Melt 5 C. marshmallows, chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Butter 9x13 pan.
- Pour cereal into large bowl and pour chocolate mix over cereal; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining marshmallows.
Cheddar Chowder

SAUCE: Add ¼ C. flour to ¼ C
- 2 C. water
- 1 1/2 1 ½ C. diced carrots
- 2 C. diced potato
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 ½ C. diced celery
- 1/4 ¼ C. diced onion
- Boil 10 to 12 minutes. DON’T DRAIN. Add 1 C. cubed cooked ham.
