  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg yolk *save white
  • 1/2 cup sugar

with Golden Graham cereal

  • 8 C. Golden Grahams cereal (13 oz box)
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ C. Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 6 C. mini marshmallows (10 oz bag)
  • 5 Tbl. Butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 ¼ C. light corn syrup
  • Melt 5 C. marshmallows, chocolate chips, butter and corn syrup in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Butter 9x13 pan.
  • Pour cereal into large bowl and pour chocolate mix over cereal; stir until evenly coated. Stir in remaining marshmallows.

SAUCE: Add ¼ C. flour to ¼ C

  • 2 C. water
  • 1 1/2 1 ½ C. diced carrots
  • 2 C. diced potato
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 ½ C. diced celery
  • 1/4 ¼ C. diced onion
  • Boil 10 to 12 minutes. DON’T DRAIN. Add 1 C. cubed cooked ham.
