- 1 15.5-ounce can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or nuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
