- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
- 3 cups quick cook oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 can vanilla cake frosting
- maple flavoring to taste
- 30 walnut halves

Spicy Layered Taco Salad

1. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and ranch dressing
- 4 oz. cream cheese(softened)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 bottle of ranch dressing
- 1 avocado, peeled and mashed
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 cup "hot" salsa (or mild if desired)
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
- 4 oz. finely shredded Mexican cheese
- 1/4 bunch cilantro, stems removed, leaves roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup Tortilla chips
