- 1 cup fresh bread crumbs(whole grain, in food proceesor, at least 3 cups)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 About 4 teaspoons grated Romano or Parmesan cheese(Parmesan)
- Additional butter, melted as needed for moistening
- Clam juice, as needed for moistening
