- Ingredients
- 2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 pound process cheese (Velveeta), cubed
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 package (7 ounces) elbow macaroni
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, melted, divided
- 1-1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wraps

Mix the chicken, mayonnaise, and sweet chili sauce in a bowl
- 4 c. shredded cooked chicken
- 1/3 c. nayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce
- 3 Lebanese flat breads,k pita breadsl or flour wraps
- 1 cucmberl thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 large carrot, finely grated
- 2 c. finely shredded lettuce

- 3 eggs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups dry bread crumbs

- 3-1/2 cups tomato juice
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 10 gingersnaps, finely crushed
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion salt

- Tarragon Melting Sauce:
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil, plus oil for skillet
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 (1-inch thick) boneless New York strip steaks
- Tarragon Melting Sauce, recipe follows
- 2 cups butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons minced green onion
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- In a bowl add all ingredients together and mix until smooth. Cover, and refrigerate.
- Yield: 3 1/2 cups
