- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 tblsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tblsp white vinegar
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t sugar
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 2 c. vegetable oil
Peanut Butter Cupcakes with Chocolate Frosting

Moms Famous Beef Barley Soup

Easy to make, and you probably have all the ingredients on hand already
- Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Carrots chopped
- 1/2 cup Celery chopped
- 1/2 cup Onions chopped
- 1 tbs Butter
- 4 cups Beef broth
- 4 cups Water
- 1 lb beef (steak, chuck, stew meat, or whatever leftovers you have)
- 1 (14.5oz) can of diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Barley (use quick-cook if you prefer)
- 1 tsp Salt (or less if you prefer)
- 1 tsp Pepper, black
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
Strawberry-limeade smoothie

I've always been a big fan of strawberry lemonade and I love limeade
- 1 1/2 c. frozen strawberries
- 6 oz fat-free, fiber-enriched key lime pie-flavored
- yogurt
- 1/4 c. fat-free milk
- Zest of 1 lime (about 1 12 tsp)
- 2 Tbls freshly squeezed lime juice
- Sugar substitute (such as Splenda), to taste (opt)

- Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 8 whole pita breads
- 1-1/2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 pound shaved fully cooked ham
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced Monterey Jack cheese
Pumpkin Angel Food Cake with Creamy Ginger Filling

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
