Ginger-Honey Pork Tenderloin

Combine ginger, honey, juice, and soy sauce in a bowl, stirring with whisk until smooth
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 (1 lb.) pork tenderloin

- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice or chicken bouillon
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 1/3 cup vinegar (or partial lemon juice)
- 1 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits or 4 slices canned pineapple, cut into chunks

Grilled Teriyaki Beef Skewers
