Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken

- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon steak sauce
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Saucy Steak and Potatoes

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 large beef cubed steaks, each cut in half (2 steaks = 1 lb.)
- 1 can (8 oz.) Hunt's Tomato Sauce - No Salt Added
- 1 package (.87oz. each) brown gravy mix
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3 cups frozen O'Brien potatoes with onions and pepper, thawed
Cream Cheese and Sour Cream Mashed Potato Casserole

Cook potatoes, drain and mash with above ingredients until light and fluffy
- 8 to 10 large potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons onion salt (can substitute garlic salt)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Lisa Landahl's Chip Dip

Simply mix and refrigerate just long enough for flavors to blend
- 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup boiling water - add 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion (or dehydrated)
- 1/2 teaspoon Beaumonte seasoning
Red Lobster Cheddar Biscuits

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray
- 1 pack buttermilk biscuit mix (I used Bisquick, about 1 1/2cups)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oregano (you can omit or use less)
- 3/4 tsp garlic salt
Zesty Pork Chops

Coat the pork with the flour
- 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1 1/4 lbs.)
- Flour
- 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 apple peeled, cored and cut into slices, 1/4-inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
One Skillet Cubed Steak

In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper; mix well
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs. beef cubed steak
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
Banana Bread (with cream cheese)

- 1 package cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup banana
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup walnut pieces
Scalloped Chicken and Rice Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (12 oz.) jar chicken gravy
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice
- 1/4 cup plain breadcrumbs
Spinach Dip

Blend all ingredients well except the spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 envelope Onion Soup mix (or Good Seasons Italian or Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
