Fried Pork Chops in Lemon Butter Sauce

Season pork chops with salt and pepper
- 4 thinly sliced center cut pork loin chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten with 1 tablespoon water
- 1 cup unseasoned Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
- 1 cup chicken broth, divided
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
French Onion Soup (Slow Cooker)

Cook onions in butter until onions begin to slightly brown around edges
- 3 large onions, sliced ( 3 cups)
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (14.5 oz.) cans beef broth
- Cheesy Broiled French Bread
- 8 slices french bread, l inch thick
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (3 oz.)
- 2 tablespoons grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
Chicken Lickin'

Rinse chicken and pat dry
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)
Layered Strawberry Salad

Place half the spinach on serving plate
- 4 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1 (8 oz.) package shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 3 cups born Bosston lettuce
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted
- 1/2 cup Poppyseed Dressing
Breaded Calamari

- 1 up whole milk buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon seafood seasoning blend
- 2 cups seasoned corn meal breading mix
- 1 lb. calamari, thawed
- 4 cups canola oil

- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
Raspberry Brie

- 1 (9 oz.) wheel of Brie
- 1 sheet of puff pastry defrosted and rolled to bring up and cover brie
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
- 1 egg
- sliced almonds
Slow-Cooker Beef Brisket in Onion Gravy

BRISKET IN ONION GRAVY: Cut brisket into 2 or 3, pieces small enough to fit into a Dutch oven; pat dry
- 1 (5-pound) flat-cut beef brisket, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided, plus extra for browning
- 4 large onions, thinly sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Pork Chops with Fresh Mushroom Gravy

In a 12-inch skillet, brown chops on one side in hot oil
- 4 pork chops (1 1/4-inch thick) about 2 1/4 - 2 1/2 lbs.
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 2 tablespoons flour or 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon snipped chives (optional)
- Cherry tomatoes (optional)
Key Lime Cake

- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 1 (4 oz.) package instant lemon pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup plus 3 teaspoons Key lime juice, divided
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons lime zest, divided
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
Italian Chicken-Zucchini Skillet

- 1 cup dry orzo pasta, uncooked
- Pam cooking spray
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

- 1 can Hunt's Diced Tomatoes with Basil. Garlic and Oregano, drained.
