- For the Cake:
- 2 Sticks of Butter
- 1 Cup of Brown Sugar
- 1 Cup of White Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 tsp of Vanilla
- 31/2 Cups of Cake Flour
- 2 tsp of Baking Powder
- 1 12 Oz Can of Evaporated Milk
- 2 tsp of Apple Pie Spice*
- 2 Large Apples, Peeled and Chopped
- 7 Oz. (1/2 Bag) of Cubed Caramels, Chopped
- For the Icing:
- 7 Oz. (1/2 Bag) of Cubed Caramels
- 3 Tbsp of Heavy Cream
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 3 Cups of Powdered Sugar
Hot Fudge Sauce

- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups superfine sugar

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick®
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter
- Streusel Topping
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons firm margarine or butter
- Mix Bisquick, nuts and brown sugar. Cut in margarine, using fork or pastry blender, until mixture is crumbly.
