- Cheesecake Filling
- 1 (8-ounce package) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Toasted Coconut-Golden Oreo Cookie Balls

- 32 Golden OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
- 1-1/2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted, divided

In small bowl, stir together flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside
- 2-1/2 cups Pillsbury BEST all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 48 Rolo chewy caramels in milk chocolate (from 12-oz bag), unwrapped
- 4 oz vanilla-flavored candy coating. If desired.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs*
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 king-sized milk chocolate bars (e.g. Hershey’s)
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme/fluff (not melted marshmallows)
