1) Preheat the oven to 425°F
- CRUST
- your favorite 9" double pie crust, prepared
- FILLING
- two 16-ounce bags frozen peaches, partially thawed, about 6 cups sliced peaches
- 5 ounces chopped dried apricots
- 5 1/4 ounces sugar
- 2 1/2 ounces Pie Filling Enhancer or 3 ounces King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon almond extract, optional
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce butter, melted
Santa's North Pole Special Shake

Blend until smooth. Pour. Garnish
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp crushed candy canes
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1-1 1/2 cups ice cubes
- garnish: peppermint (candy cane) crumbles
My Potato Salad

- 5 pound bag of potatoes
- 3/4 - 1 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup relish
- 1 stalk celery sliced
- 2-3 Hard boiled eggs
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon of sugar

- 3 1/2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- FILLING
- 9 tablespoons sugar
- 1 1/2 cups FAT FREE cottage cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon coconut extract
- 3/4 cup 4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- SAUCE
- 1 15 1/2-ounce can crushed pineapple
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- Generous pinch ground ginger

- MAPLE BUTTER SAUCE:
- 1 cup sifted flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon baking soda

- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar - (packed)
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 3/8 cup brown sugar
- 1 package cream cheese - (8 oz) softened

- 1 roll (16.5 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated chocolate chip cookies
- 1 bag (11.5 oz) Hershey's® milk chocolate baking chips (2 cups)
- 1 container (18 oz) caramel apple dip (1 1/2 cups)
- 3 cups crisp rice cereal1

- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 2 - 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 (.25 ounce) package bread machine yeast or 2 tsp. jar yeast
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Make crust: In a food processor pulse flour, salt, cinnamon and sugar
- Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into pieces
- 8 tablespoons solid vegetable shortening, chilled and cut into pieces
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 large egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Filling:
- 3 pounds ripe peaches
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 cup instant tapioca
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
