Chicken Shawarma

Preheat grill to med-high heat
- Chicken:
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
- Sauce:
- 1/2 cup plain 2% greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Remaining Ingredients:
- 4 pitas
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 8 slices tomato

Place apple juice in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium high heat
- 1 cup apple juice
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 10 cups salad greens
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 medium Macintosh apple, cored and cut into 18 wedges
- 1 medium Bartlett pear, cored and cut into 18 wedges
- 1/4 cup finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp chopped pecans, toasted

- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- your favorite pizza sauce
- 2 8oz tubes crescent rolls
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder

- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon

- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup safflower oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups coarsely shredded carrots

- 1 Boca meatless burger
- 1 slice american cheese
- 4 dill pickle slices
- 1/3 cup chopped tomatoes

- mix equal parts mayo, ketchup and dijonaise

- 3 tbsp grated onion
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp blk pepper
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1/2 cup minced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parseley
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
- 1 can Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

- 1 pkg-9oz- cheese ravioli, prepared as directed
- 2 lg eggs, beaten
- 1 cup italian dry bread crumbs
- cooking spray
- 1 conatiner pesto
- cheery tomatoes, halved
- small fresh mozzarella balls
- sliced marinated artichoke hearts
- fresh basil, torn
