- 2 pounds beef tenderloin or sirloin steak

- 1/3-cup instant minced onion
- 1/4 ¼ cup ketchup
- 1-1/2 1-½ teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/3-cup flour
- 2 cups sour cream
- 10 ounces uncooked medium noodles
- 3 tablespoons butter

Puree all ingredients except chicken in food processor
- 1 • 1 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped

- 1/4 • 1/4 cup orange juice, fresh
- 1 • 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped thyme leaves
- 2 • 2 tablespoons jalapeno, seeded, diced
- 2 • 2 teaspoons freshly grated or chopped ginger

Heat Grill. Brush steaks with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper
- 4 (6 oz) Sirloin Steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
