- 2 ounces nestles chocobake
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Pimento Cheese Dip

Whisk together all ingredients in mixer, and store in refrigerator until ready to use
- 1 lb. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated

In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine oil, almonds, water and chickpeas

- 1 pound bulk chorizo sausage (not smoked)

- 3 cups white sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon butter
Baked Lemonade Pork Chops

In a large bowl or pitcher mix all of the sauce ingredients together
- Sauce:
- 5 cups lemonade (reconstituted, not concentrate) If you make your own fresh lemonade, by all means use it!
- 1 1/2 cups tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup (1/4 pound) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons each granulated garlic, onion powder, ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons each paprika, chili powder
- 2 tablespoons each fresh finely chopped thyme leaves, oregano leaves, sweet basil leaves, if using dried herbs use 2 teaspoons of each
- Pork chops:
- 8 (6 to 8-ounce) center cut pork chops (trimmed somewhat lean to avoid excess grease in baking pan)
- All-purpose flour lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, (enough to coat chops)
Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

1. Trim the roast of any excess fat, and season with salt and pepper
- 1 (4 pound) chuck roast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 cups diced green chile pepper
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 (5 ounce) bottle hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Oven baked Brisket

Cook brisket on grill or smoker for 2 to 3 hours
- Basting Sauce:
- Cover brisket with lemon pepper and seasoned salt.
- 2 sticks butter
- 4 shake Worcestershire per stick
- Juice of 1/2 lemon and bring to a boil and let cool.
