- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. scalded milk-cooled
- 1 small onion, grated or 1/4 c. dried onion soaked in milk
- 2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. accent
- 1/8 t. nutmeg
- 1/8 t. cinnamon
