- 3 Pepperoncini, chopped (1-1/2 Tbsp juice reserved)
- 1/4 cup dill pickle, finely diced
- 4 cups iceberg lettuce, diced
- 4 oz Provolone, diced into 1/2" pieces
- 4 oz Genoa salami, diced into 1/2" pieces
- 4 oz ham, diced into 1/2" pieces
- 4 oz roast turkey, diced into 1/2" pieces
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1-1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1-1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 large round or long loaf of Italian bread
- 2 6" hoagie rolls, cut into 1/4" slices (for serving)
