- 1 14-1/2-ounce can chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 10-ounce package frozen peas, thawed
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons celery seed
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 6 to 7 tablespoons cold water

- 1 whole head garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground mixed peppercorns 1 pinch ground nutmeg

- 1 3- pound boneless pork top loin roast (double loin, tied)
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 16-ounce can whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

1. Cut steak into 1-inch cubes
- 1-1/2 pounds beef sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick, and/or skinless, boneless chicken breasts and/or thighs
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 14 cup water
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onion
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons steak sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium onions, each cut into 8 wedges
- 10 to 12 medium mushrooms, stems removed
- 1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced 1/2 inch thick

- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning, crushed
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 to 12 hoagie buns, kaiser rolls or other sandwich rolls, split
- 1-1/2 cups shredded Italian blend cheeses (6 ounces) (optional)
