Chocolate Mousse Cake Roll Recipe

Stir together sugar and gelatin in small saucepan; stir in milk

- CHOCOLATE MOUSSE FILLING (recipe follows)

- 4 4 4 eggs , separated
- 1/2 1/2 1/3 cup plus 1/3 cup granulated sugar, divided
- 1 1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup water
- 1 1 1 teaspoon Additional powdered sugar
- HERSHEY'S Syrup(optional)
- Directions

- 6 to 8 FILLING. Chill 6 to 8 hours or overnight.

Summer Lemon Cake

Grease and flour and 9 x 13 pan
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 small box lemon Jello
- 1 box Duncan Hines Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 1 3/4 to 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Layered Peppermint Fudge

1.Line a 9 X 13 inch baking dish with parchment paper (or foil) and coat the paper with nonstick cooking spray
- 3 - 14 ounce cans sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 6 cups chopped white almond bark (about 34 ounces)
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1-3 drops red food coloring
- 3/4 cup chopped red band peppermint sticks
Fresh Apple Cake

Cake
- 3 cups apple (chopped fine)
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp soda
- salt
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup nutmeats
Coconut Sheet Cake very moist

1 can of cream of coconut 1 can of sweetened condensed milk Mix these two ingredients together
- 1 Duncan Hines White Cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 small box vanilla (or almond) pudding (I used vanilla)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (or almond) extract (I used vanilla)
- Mix together all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan that has been greased and floured. (I used Baker's Joy.) Bake at 350 for 32 - 35 minutes or until tooth pick comes our clean.
Knock You Knaked Bars

Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees

- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Caramel Sauce
- 5 oz evaporated milk
- 1 bag (14 oz) caramels
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
Lumps of Coal

Melt the marshmallows and butter together
- 1 Pkg of Oreos
- 5 cups of marshmallows
- 4 Tablespoons of butter
Shrimp

Put in the oven and bake at 350 for 15 min, nice and easy
- Melt a stick of butter in the pan. Slice one lemon and layer it on top of the butter. Put down fresh shrimp, then sprinkle one pack of dried Italian seasoning.
