- You will Need :
- 1 Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 2 cups sugar (divided)
- 24 large marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups milk (divided)
- 14 oz pkg. coconut
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips
Pecan Pie Cobbler

1. Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with shortening or cooking spray
- 1 Box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 2 1/2 cups light corn syrup
- 2 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- Butter-flavor cooking spray
- 2 cups pecan halves
- Vanilla ice cream, if desired

- Salt and pepper

Doritos Taco Salad

Directions: 1.Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up into pieces with a wooden spoon
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb 95% lean ground beef
- 1 (1.25 oz) packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
- 1 medium-large head of iceberg lettuce, chopped into bite sized pieces (if you’ve never chopped up a head of iceberg before you can follow these directions)
- 1 medium-large tomato, diced
- 4 oz 50% less fat or 2% sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (such as Cabot)
- 4 oz nacho cheese Doritos, broken up a bit into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup light Catalina or French dressing (I used Kraft Lite Catalina)
Taco Pasta Salad

Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions
- Ingredients:
- 1 package (16 ounces) spiral pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 cans (2-1/4 ounces each) sliced ripe olives, drained
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Catalina or 16 ounces Western salad dressing

Mix dry ingredients first then slowly add to wet as the vinegar and baking soda will react slightly
- 8 oz apple cider vinegar
- 4 oz warm water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Old South Coca-Cola Pork Loin

Mix together all ingredients in sauce pan; simmer and stir to thicken
- 1/4cup1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1cup1 cup Coca-Cola
- 1/2cup1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3tablespoons3 tablespoons oil
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3cup1/3 cup ketchup
- 2cloves2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon ginger
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon thyme, crushed
- 5pounds5 pounds pork loin roast, boned
- Let stand for 24 hours or overnight in the refrigerator, patting and turning the bag every few hours to ensure the meat marinates evenly. This helps the roast absorb the marinating liquids and creates a tender, juicy and flavorful roast.
- 325325, use a slow oven at 250 - 275 degrees, and allow almost twice as long. The meat will be even more tender. Use your meat thermometer or whatever means you like to achieve desired doneness.
- Coca-Cola Sauce
- 1cup1 cup brown sugar
- 1tablespoon1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons butter
- 1/3cup1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2/3cup2/3 cup Coca-Cola
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper
Peanut Butter Cup Brownies

Over low heat, warm creamy peanut butter
- Bring to boil:
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup water
- 2 Tbsp cocoa
- Remove from heat; let cool.
- In a bowl mix in with cocoa mixture:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray or grease 40 mini-muffin cups. Spoon batter evenly into muffin cups, about 1 heaping teaspoon in each.
- Bake for 13 to 15 minutes or until top is set and toothpick inserted into center comes out slightly moist.
